Fees
At Engage we pride ourselves on being transparent. When you meet with your specialist, they will explain our advice process to you so you know what to expect from us. If you Engage with us, should you go ahead with our recommendation we charge a fee which is only payable upon submission of a mortgage application.
Our typical fee is £399 for Residential Mortgages and £499 for Buy-to-Let Mortgages. Remember, this is paid on application, and no fee will be charged if you decide not to proceed with us prior to submitting a mortgage application.
Like any broker, we get paid a fee from the lender for advising and implementing your mortgage. This is because the lender is not having to pay their own staff to do this, as well as passing the liability for the financial advice you have received from us.
By charging a fee, it allows us to focus on a smaller group of clients meaning a more efficient and dedicated service to you and your application.
When your specialist has provided you with all of their advice, assessed your situation and found you a suitable mortgage then should you choose to proceed with our recommendation we would charge a fee of £399. We will handle the whole application for you, from start to finish. We will also earn commission from the lender
